Payment cap: 5 Inpatient and outpatient fees are charged per calendar year. After that, the fee is 10,90 €.
A 30% surcharge applies to procedures performed by a specialist dentist.
We charge a fee for non-refundable cancellations 50 € for every 15 minutes or part thereof
Payment for treatments is due immediately after your visit at the clinic’s front desk. Please review our payment options before booking an appointment.

Cancellation policy
Non-refundable cancellation: 50 € every 15 minutes
- Appointments lasting less than 60 minutes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance at toimisto@ehammas.fi or by calling 010 323 3963.
- Appointments lasting 60–120 minutes must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance at toimisto@ehammas.fi or by calling 010 323 3963.
- Appointments lasting more than 120 minutes must be canceled at least 96 hours in advance at toimisto@ehammas.fi or by calling 010 323 3963.
- A doctor's note may qualify you for a 50% refund of the cost of a non-refundable cancellation.
- We ask that you cancel Monday appointments by the following Friday. If this is not possible, please email us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment at: toimisto@ehammas.fi
