The employer will reimburse dental expenses for employees up to a pre-agreed amount in euros per year. The benefit is tax-free for the employee and deductible for the company.

  • A care contract may cover all or only part of the staff
  • Payments can easily be made, for example, through a jobseeker's allowance service (such as Edenred or Epassi) or by reimbursing expenses. It is also possible to invoice the employer directly, but in this case, unfortunately, Kela reimbursements cannot be deducted directly.
  • Our occupational health customers also receive the same discounts mentioned above as employees who pay for their dental care themselves.

We have dozens of satisfied business customers and we would like to offer your workplace the opportunity to benefit from our business membership and benefits.

How does dental care paid for by the company work in practice?

A) The company takes the decision to provide dental care to its employees up to a certain amount per year.

(B) The company concludes a contract for dental care with a private service provider and records a reference to the provision of dental care in its occupational health care action plan.

C) The employee uses dental care services, pays the bill, and submits the receipt to the company. At this stage, we deduct Kela reimbursements and any discounts from the total amount. This way, the company does not have to apply for Kela reimbursements itself, and the employee benefits more from the dental care paid for by the company.

D) The company pays the employee back up to a predetermined amount.

Why should dental care also be included in occupational health care?

The teeth properly have a direct connection to the general health of the person, which is why it is worth taking care of the health of the teeth. Will municipal services become more affordable?

Municipal services are cheaper, but much more limited. Access to treatment can also be delayed because of queues. In addition, you also have to bear in mind that the employee pays for municipal services out of his or her taxed income. At Ebeling, we invest in service. Both the company and the employees get value for money.

How are multi-site businesses taken into account?

The occupational dental care contract is not exclusive, and a company may have a contract with several dental clinics. This allows the employee to decide which dentist he or she wants to visit.

Why should a small company/entrepreneur make dental care part of the benefits?

We three founders, if we understand the life of a small business and entrepreneur. In a small business, everyone's input is vital and for the sole trader, if the entrepreneur isn't healthy, the business won't run at all. So our preventive service is essential for small businesses and entrepreneurs. The speed of access to treatment ensures that key employees can get back to productive work as soon as possible. Of course, the tax exemption of the service is also a good benefit offered by the state.
