Angie Lehtikari
Dentist
I am a dentist in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, specializing in orthodontic treatment for children, teenagers, and adults. I have extensive experience in both traditional orthodontic methods and transparent aligners, such as Invisalign treatment. I am a member of the European Aligner Society and the Spanish Aligner Society.
I graduated as a specialist orthodontist abroad in 2013 and work as a licensed dentist in Finland. I plan each treatment individually, taking into account both the aesthetics of the smile and the functionality and long-term durability of the bite.
I treat children and adolescents, taking into account facial growth and bite development. I have worked as a trainer for dentists performing Invisalign treatments in the Nordic countries and participated in the evaluation of over 2,000 Invisalign treatment plans. In addition, I have collaborated with the university where I graduated in the role of professor.
I have published articles in dental journals, and I work in accordance with Finnish treatment practices. I regularly update my skills through supplementary education in Finland and abroad so that I can offer my patients up-to-date orthodontic treatment based on research evidence.
The most important thing in my practice is a calm, safe, and trusting atmosphere. My goal is for every patient to understand the course of treatment and feel safe throughout the entire treatment process. I provide services in Finnish, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
